My career spans both the creative and strategic ends of the industry, combining hands-on development work with leadership in curriculum design, teaching quality, and talent development. I have contributed to the development and production of more than twenty-five feature films, progressing from script reader at Paramount Pictures through senior development roles including Producer’s Assistant to Oscar winning producer Norma Heyman, Development Executive at Chrysalis Films, Head of Development for Oscar winning producers Stephen Woolley and Nik Powell, and Head of Production at Catch 23/ICM UK. These roles gave me deep insight into how stories are shaped, financed, and positioned for audiences and markets. Alongside industry practice, I have held senior academic leadership posts at MetFilm School, including Deputy School Director, where I designed industry-aligned courses, taught screenwriting and producing, and led initiatives focused on creative excellence, inclusion and student experience. I continue to work as an External Assessor and consultant for London Film School, I teach pitching and am an Industry Reviewer at the National Film and Television School and I am an External Examiner at Regents University. I am also an international story consultant designing and delivering script labs, including current work supporting writers in Nigeria developing episodic content for global audiences. Today, I bring this combined industry and educational expertise into my consultancy, helping creatives and businesses articulate clear, compelling narratives that stand up in the real world.
